About this property

Beautifully remodeled NEW 3,300 square feet 2 bedroom 4.5 bath home overlooking the mountainous landscape of North Lake Tahoe. 6 adults max with unlimited number of children. Within 3 floors is a great multi family-friendly environment. The top floor consists of an open great room with Kitchen, living room and dining room, 1/2 bath, and captains deck (which overlooks the room - fun for kids). Central heating and air conditioning are installed throughout the entire house. Hardwood floors cover the entire top floor. The living room and kitchen are surrounded by large windows displaying the breath-taking view. The Gourmet kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances which include a Kitchen Aid 6 burner gas stove, Kitchen aid commercial style hood, a Samsung 48" built-in refrigerator that can hold a lot of groceries, a Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and a separate beverage/wine cooler. A magnificent master bedroom suite has an extra large steam shower, dual vanities and marble tiles. The middle floor consists of 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, and the master bedroom suite, an air hockey table and sofa bed lounge room that overlooks the spacious backyard and has access to an 8 person hot tub. On the bottom floor, there is a game/kids room where children can enjoy sleeping playing board games in. 2 sets of washers and dryers are situated in the house. Other nice features include a tankless water heater to provide a never ending supply of hot water especially nice to have when everyone takes a shower.

Parking for 5 cars. We also have a universal charger for Electric Vehicles. Ez access to highway 80 only 5 min away. 7 minutes to Safeway for groceries and 35 minutes to Reno. 17 minutes to northstar, 20 minutes to squaw valley ski resort and 25 minutes to sugar bowl.

Scout Ski Weekend

We were a group of 4 adults and 10 Boy Scouts. This place was higher end that what we usually find for a gourp our size, but it worked GREAT. The adults had the three bedrooms. The scouts all slept on maps on the bottom floor. We kitchen was well equiped and roomy for us to prepare two breakfasts and lay out ingredients for the scouts to make their own bag lunches. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the scouts enjoyed the game table. Beautiful views day and night.

Another great trip

Wonderful house in safe neighborhood. This is my second trip to David's house and I plan on returning. The house is well kept, well stocked, extremely clean and comfortable. All the comforts you expect in your home, you'll find here.

Beautiful cabin and wonderful stay

This place went above and beyond our needs for a weekend stay with my family of 9. Beautifully renovated and spaced well with everything you could need for a weekend getaway including a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, comfy furniture, a hot tub, air hockey table, plenty of space for kids to run around and play in, extra towels and linen, board games and even has a karaoke setup. Not to mention that the place was very clean and well stocked. Would def love to stay here again in the near future. Thanks a bunch!

David is very accommodating

We love the place. Dont let the rules scare you. David just want you to take care his place like your own. Our group is 6 adults and 7 kids with all ages. The kithcen is full of pot, pan, waffle maker, anything you name ít ... even with many ingredients that you might need to cook a meal. Our group loved the jacuzzi and the steam room, we used them every night we got home from hiking all day so ít really help to ease the night and relax. In my opinion, the setting is really great. The bottom floor can fit easily 10-16 kids sleeping easily. The top floor where the living room and kitchen can easily set up for 20 people sitting down at meals time. Over all, our group had a great time. Thank you Mr. David. We would book ít again if we visit north of Tahoe.

Why they chose this property

I have rented quite a bit in the north tahoe area and wanted a large home to have friends and family gather. It is nice to have easy access to the freeway and also be able to travel to reno in 35 minutes. Also can travel to Northstar in 15 minutes. Avoids a lot of the heavy traffic routes of tahoe donner during peak season. My house is nicely furnished with top of the line amenities. Definately will be great like my other property www.vrbo.com/637620 which has over 30 5 star reviews.
