Baby gates at top and bottom of stairs and one for outside porch. Ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout majority of home, ionic air cleaners, sofa and love seat with motion recliners. Deck with rockers, picnic tables, beach chairs, and a BBQ smoker grill. Custom remodeled kitchen with French door, dual ice maker refrigerator, convection range and warming drawer, Instant Pot, porcelain tile floor, mosaic tile backsplash, solid surface counter tops, spacious peninsula. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Four bedrooms up, one bedroom down with inside stairs. Folding cribs are usually found in upstairs closet. Nightly rentals available with a three-night minimum.
