Gorgeous, custom 2 bedroom, two bath home sitting in the middle of four private acres, yet walking distance to Starbucks, Whole Foods, tons of restaurants, and just a short drive to five Ski Resorts! Settle into this incredible home for a short stay or a longer vacation, and enjoy all the comforts of an incredible home in the heart of everything. Enjoy a beautiful fireplace on comfortable sofas, sit back and watch a movie on cable, enjoy AppleTV, Netflix, and fast WiFi. Roast s’mores outside in the fire pit or sip coffee on the sofa out on the deck. The large dining table is the perfect place for a gathering with friends. However you choose to enjoy your stay, you won’t regret staying here!

This is our home that we stay in from time to time. It is warm, comfortable and inviting. There are also photos on the walls of our family. It is not a rental-only property. There is another rental as well on the property, so there are likely to be other cars on the four acres. In addition, I have a caretaker who lives on the adjacent property and can help if there are any issues.

NOT as advertised!

The house is difficult to find and then has warning signs of Do Not Enter posted. Outside of the house is dumpy, however the inside is okay. But, we couldn't get the heat above 65 degrees, the tv did not work AND the agent was not returning our calls. But, the biggest problem was it had been advertised as a home. We no sooner get in and a very noisy group with a dog shows up and moves into the basement of this house. Their dog was running all over our deck and causing our dog to go ballistic. We called and texted the person responsible for this house, but had extremely delayed answers from her. No help at all! We were to have stayed for two days, but it was such a disaster that we left after less than 16 hours. NO refund was given even tho they falsely advertised this as a house. Sharing this house with noisy people was not how I had anticipated spending my birthday! Huge disappointment......

Great Property Will Definitely Stay Again

This is a wonderful home with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and a very comfortable living area. The location can't be beaten. It is a fantastic place to enjoy hiking, fishing, and relaxing. Thank you Vanessa for a perfect vacation.

Great Location!

The house was very well located, short walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks and restaurants and a short drive to great ski slopes. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Will definitely book again!

Great location in Basalt

This property was very nice and is located on several acres. We saw deer every day that would eat the tall grasses around the property and would even get on the deck. Even when we were sitting on the patio, the deer seemed fine eating around us. There is cable and Wi-Fi (Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well). Clean and comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed it’s close proximity to Whole Foods and Starbucks.

Very convenient location and nice property

The house was very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities- very modern kitchen and bathrooms. The house is a short drive from Aspen ski areas. Only negative is there was no cable TV - not sure if we were not able to figure out how to find the cable TV channels. Overall very good experience with the house and the owner!
