Nice - By the sea and on the Promenade des Anglais - On the 2nd floor of a luxury building - Very nice fully renovated apartment with a spacious living area comprising an entrance hall, a living room and a dining room eat facing south with a fantastic panoramic view of the Mediterranean from Cap Ferrat to Cap d'Antibes and with access to a large terrace, two quiet bedrooms facing north with access to a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC as well as an independent bathroom - Air conditioning - Parking in a closed garage box in the basement of the building.
