Renovated and quiet, the house is part of a complex made up of detached houses in Provencal style. Near the sea (400 m), shops (200 m), the marina with restaurants and entertainment (600 m), it enjoys a very calm surrounding environment with a garden of over 200 m2. The terrace and garden exposed south-west.
Inside, the rooms are spread over 2 floors:
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto the terrace overlooking the garden, bedroom 2 beds, and bathroom.

Familienurlaub

Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kurzen Wegen zum sehr schönen Strand, Restaurants, zum Hafen u zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das kleine Häuschen war sauber und hatte einen schönen gepflegten Garten. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass es kei en Whirlpool gibt, die Bettwäsche muss mitgebracht weden und man muss beachten, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Dachgeschoss. Bei den Temperaturen war es entsprechend heiß. Einige der Fliegengitter waren nicht mehr intakt. Leider konnten wir den Garten tagsüber kam nutzen wegen der vielen Stechmücken. Auch in den Restaurants war es eine echte Plage. Wir waren am ganzen Körper verstochen trotz Spray. Die Terrasse war besiedelt mit sehr vielen kleinen Schaben. Aber im Haus stand schon ausreichend Spray bereit. Danke an Mimine für die Hilfe bei der Orga der Bettwäsche und Handtücher in der nahe gelegenen Laverie und an Herrn Deck für die leckere Flasche Wein ! CHECK IN UND OUT waren problemlos und nett. wegen der vielen Stechmücken kaum benutzen.

schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten, Strandnähe

Wir haben zehn Tage in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Insgesamt sehr gute Ausstattung und wundervoller Garten! Laufdistanz zu kleinen Geschäften, Restaurants und vor allem zum Strand. Ein Auto ist trotzdem zu empfehlen, es gibt viele schöne Weingüter, Dörfer, etc. in der Umgebung. Auch zum Rennrad fahren eine sehr schöne Lage! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren drei Wochen im Oktober 2023 zu Gast im Ferienhaus von Bertrand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad ist mit einer sehr guten Dusche und Heizung ausgestattet, die Küche bietet mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und guter Espresso-Kaffeemaschine, viel Besteck und Geschirr alles, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind für französische Verhältnisse mit 160 x 200cm ordentlich groß und die Matratzen sind auch gut. Wir haben auch sehr den Außenbereich mit Stühlen und Liegen genossen, auch wenn gegen Abend viele Stechmücken kommen. Zu Fuß sind es vielleicht 500m zum Meer und als Ausgangspunkt für Rennradtouren ideal. Danke auch an den Nachbarn Jean-Jaques, der sich bei Fragen um alles kümmert, und für die leckere Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Super sejour en famille avec 2 enfants de 2 et 4 anss et 2 ans

On a passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison. On a énormément profité du jardin et de la mer qui est à 7 min à pied. Possibilité de manger à l'ombre le midi sous les arbres. Le Hamac est positionné a l'ombre parfait pour faire le sieste. Seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de passoire et de four à micro-onde. On gardera un tres bon souvenir de nos vacances dans cette maison.

Belle location. Conforme aux photos et à l'annonce. Convient parfaitement pour 1 couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Jardin très agréable avec un équipement complet. Propriétaire très réactif. Plage à 5 minutes à pied. Manque juste un micro onde et un grill pain. Place de parking un peu petite.

We had a really relaxing two weeks in this nice little house with our three little Boys. It is just a 5 min walk from the beach and la londes has all for your daily needs. Needless to say more about the wonderful provence/Cote d'Azur. We loved it and hope to return in the future.

Belle prestation conforme à l'annonce

Cette petite maison mitoyenne a été réaménager avec soin et bon goût, sobriété et intelligence. Les photos reflètent tout à fait la réalité. Pas de fausse note, une propreté assurée et on appréciera plus particulièrement le farniente dans le jardin qui n'a pas de vis-à-vis et permet de jouir du soleil dans le calme. Parfait pour un couple et un ou deux enfants. Et puis, Mimine, la voisine qui s'occupe de tout est charmante. Bref, un séjour de 3 semaines enchanteur et qui nous a permis, en plus de la maison, de découvrir les plages et l'eau chaude. La plus proche est à moins de 10 mn de marche à pied, parfait pour des enfants ou ados. Bravo aux propriétaires qui ont bon goût et sont charmants.
