This was our first visit to Clearwater and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The host was most accommodating! We couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay with just a few steps away from the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops! We definitely will be booking again!!

About the host

Hosted by Andrea L Radomski

Host profile image
Rob & I both grew up in California. I'm from the small coastal town of Santa Cruz. Rob grew up in Whittier, outside of LA. We met at an Anaheim Angels baseball game, eventually got married, moved to Atlanta & raised two kids. Before we knew it the kids were grown, flew the nest & we decided to leave the corporate world and live in Clearwater Beach full time. We're in the process of restoring our fourth Old Florida home and are excited to manage & host these wonderful properties to visitors from all over.

Rob & Andrea Radomski purchased this home in 2015

Why they chose this property

Clearwater Beach has so much character. It is surrounded by the most beautiful water. It is a combination of Old Florida & Modern vacation destination. The town offers something for people of all ages. The locals are friendly. The weather is perfect. During one of our trips down to Clearwater, we walked some of the neighborhoods & saw the opportunity of Sedgwick House waiting for us. And it's so close to the beach! There was no question that we were going to bring it back to its original glory so that it could be enjoyed for many more years to come.

What makes this property unique

Sedgwick House has the ideal location. It takes seconds to get to the sugar white sand. It's situated close to the North Beach which is quieter than the Southern part of the beach, yet within easy walking distance to all the action. It's also along the Jolly Trolley trail which can take you all over the Clearwater area. You can leave your car in the driveway during your entire stay!
