Across the street from the beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy the amazing ocean views and sunrises. Take a walk on the sandy beach and or ride bikes through town. Public access to picnics area grills, bathrooms, basketball courts , racketball courts, and so much more. Just steps away from the ocean. This condo includes front and back porches with a barbecue and outdoor eating table. It is everything you need in a home, from full kitchens to all the amenities you can imagine. Clean and fun too; plus an outdoor shower to wash off all the sand! Be my guest.

We were in Maria’s Relaxing Beach Condo for almost 6 weeks. The condo was everything the post said it would be. We loved the location and everything that was supplied in the condo. Maria was a perfect host helping us with anything we needed. We would love to come back here again someday!

A great weekend

The proximity to the beach is fabulous. It is a quiet spot - not a lot of traffic but 5 minutes away from everything. Loves the manatees at Blue Spring Park. The Garlic was delish!

Perfect in every way.

The property was exactly as described. Marianela is a fantastic host. She responded very quickly to any questions. It is a great place. Private and very conveniently located. The bicycles were a big plus for me. Couldn’t have been any better.
