About this property

A Quiet Place on Saratoga Lake

Our cottage is located on beautiful Saratoga Lake, right outside of Saratoga Springs. It is a 10 minute drive to the track and 15 minutes to downtown and SPAC. Featuring a large living area with a full deck overlooking the lake, our home is simply furnished, cozy, and quiet (last house on a dead-end road). Access to the beach and the dock is via stairway off of the deck. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars.

We have a dock on which you may dock your boats, kayaks, etc. Please note that it is impossible to launch watercraft from our property. You may launch from the NYS boat launch at the north end of the lake, or from one of the privately owned marinas.

We have no cleaning fee for your stay, although please be aware that if excess cleaning is required after your stay, you will be charged an appropriate amount.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

1) Pick up after yourselves: put all trash in trash bags, wash dishes and pans that you have used. 2) Gather all used towels and put them in the bathtub. 3) No need to strip beds, leave them unmade.
4) Garbage may be left in the kitchen, or placed in the garbage can in the driveway. 5) Gather and take all personal belongings. *Do not take my towels and blankets. If you do, you will be charged.
6) Close and lock all windows and doors. 7) Leave the keys on the table, lock the door, and pull the door closed behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is to be absolutely NO SMOKING, in the house, or on the property.
NO PETS (we love dogs but cannot allow them at this property!)
