Our group of 7 college friends had a wonderful time- the house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Walkable to Broadway and rests/shopping. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Hosts were responsive and helpful! Would definitely book again

Outstanding rental for my birthday weekend with friends and family! We were very impressed with how well appointed this rental was. Nick and Lynn were awesome to communicate with. There wasn’t a thing we needed extra in the home … besides tissues! But paper products are usually necessary at any rental but they had plenty of toilet paper. May have been leftover though so maybe pack paper towels. tissues and toilet paper just in case. Our group of 9 had THE BEST time!Thank you Nick and Lynn!

Excellent location and very clean. Easy walk to downtown. The property was perfect for my family of 8. The big kitchen allowed us to cook and have meals together at the large dining table. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are designed beautifully. Nick and Lynn are very efficient communicators.

Amazing property. Walking distance to broadway and so close to everything! Amazing set up for a big group. Plenty of parking. The perfect set up for a Saratoga escape. Will stay again when we are back in Saratoga!

We had the very best stay in Saratoga Springs,thanks to our host hosts Nick and Lynn. The apartment was in a perfect location for strolling downtown and seeing all the Christmas decorations. Lots of room, plenty of bedrooms, well appointed kitchen. Will definitely use this space again on our next visit!

Wedding Visit to Saratoga Springs

Just an awesome place and close to everything! I would highly recommend this for a larger group as it worked out perfect for us and we had 7 adults!

Well-manicured and stocked rental, gracious hosts Nick and Lynn made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly with any issues. Will rent from then again when we need a place in Saratoga.

Great Bachelor Getaway

The penthouse was the perfect location for our bachelor getaway to Saratoga. Enough rooms/beds to sleep our crew of 10 and within spitting distance of downtown made it easy to go out with a crew and not have to worry about getting split up or hassling with rides to and fro.

Lucked out with early check in as we had 4:30 rehearsal dinner to make. Fit our needs perfect, 12 guys dressed for wedding on Saturday, while eating sandwiches and watching Ryder Cup on big screen televisions in kitchen and living room. Nick is the best and very responsive to questions.

The place was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen set-up was great. Our group of 6 were very comfortable with most having their own bedroom. Communication with the host was easy. NOTE: If you have more cars than the driveway holds pay close attention to the on-street parking rules/days, they do issue tickets.

Awesome place!!

There were nine ladies that stayed at the penthouse!! We were all very pleased with everything about it!! We attended the witch walk and dance event and had a blast!! All of us have agreed that this is where we want to stay next year as well. Once we get a confirmed date for it we will be booking it for our stay again.
