Welcome home to this beautiful property located on over 2 acres of land with a stream running along the rear of the property. It is on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood that offers much privacy. Relax after the track in the large in ground pool area. It is located only a few minutes to Saratoga Race Track, downtown Saratoga Springs, SPAC, Shopping (Mall, Supermarkets) and Northway leading to the Adirondack Mountains and Lake George. Over 3000 square feet of living area and gorgeous inground pool and deck with Barbeque supply much enjoyment for our guests.

House description: First Floor includes, Formal Living Room, Formal Dining Room, Eat in Kitchen area, Fully stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities and more, Bedroom with wood burning fireplace, Sunroom with gas fireplace over looking the in ground pool below and access to deck for entertaining. Also includes a first floor bedroom and a half bathroom on main level.

Second Floor includes 4 bedrooms (all bedrooms are large between, 9X11 and 12X13, Master Bedroom is enormous at 13X17 with a walk in closet and master full bath with shower and tub.) There is also another full bathroom with shower and tub on second floor.

Home offers two car attached garage for your use.

I am a local owner and am available for anything you may need during your stay.

Great weekend in Saratoga

Susan's wonderful home was the perfect place for our group of 10. This house is located close to downtown and a short drive (maybe 10-15 minutes) to SPAC and the state park. Check in and check out was very easy.

The house came with all the essentials for bathrooms and the kitchenUnfortunately, the house is tiredThere is a funky smell in the house that is likely the old carpets or petsWe couldn’t use the downstairs game room as the musty basement smell was not tolerableThe bedrooms need blinds and extra blankets and pillows A fresh coat of paint and new flooring will go a long way!Host should work with whoever is cleaning the house as they are only cleaning the surfaces at bestLook at the lighting, it is full of bugs… the showers are moldy including the shower curtains Lots of potential, just needs a good dose of love and updating

Thank you for your review, however I think that it is an improper representation of the property as a whole. This home is in a mature neighborhood near everything Saratoga has to offer including the racetrack 5 minutes down the road at an affordable price for families and friends to gather. I liked your suggestion about adding blinds and have already had them installed yesterday adding to the already present room darkening curtains. All the carpets were replaced just 2 years ago, and I have never experienced any strange smell nor have any other guests. With regard to the blankets and pillows; each room is furnished with pillows, sheets, a soft blanket, and a comforter, with two additional full-size pillows. I am the cleaner of this home I must counter the claim of mold in the bathrooms. I detail clean every component of this home so that my guests feel comfortable and at home. The basement does have a bit of a musty smell and has a dehumidifier to help but as with many basements this is a common occurrence. Again, I am sorry you felt this way however I do not feel this review was a true representation of my rental home. Susan
