King sofa padded bed in the living room along with a folding privacy screen provide a semi-private space for the occasional guest. New stainless appliances include a 36" fridge with water/ice and gas range. Nice desk area for the working vacationer. Two car garage. Washer and dryer located in the garage. Also new Air conditioning unit !!!! Steps to the Pool/Jacuzzi.......I am Local in Indian Wells in case you need anything.. .. .. Great Condo

Loved the condo inside, didn’t care for the golf balls and golfers coming in close proximity to the patio. Thought that may be the case due to the location, but still had a great vacation.. Thank you

Vacation Disappointment

We rented the unit for 18 nights. Location in the resort was very good, close to the pool area and very private. The communication with the owner was excellent; very responsive to any questions, etc.. However, we found the unit was 'tired' and showing its age. Furniture was chipped, cushions stained and not comfortable. We found most surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms needed another cleaning, dirty dishes had been put back in the cupboards, a lack of cleaning supplies and paper products, only 6 hangers in the closet, and to top it off, a trip to Lowes to buy light bulbs was required as the light bulbs in the kitchen/hallway were burnt out/missing/flickering and required replacement. The outdoor furniture and patio had to be hosed down before using it and wasn't comfortable as there were no cushions. The garbage/recycling bins were over flowing from the previous guests. The owner did re-imburse our expenses but that was not the point as these items should have been addressed prior to new guests coming into the unit. We are hesitant to provide such a negative review but this was our experience.

The reason for the sub par review was we were in Europe and this was the only time we didn't have an opportunity to double check our cleaning crew.. Our tenant when she got back to Canada would find a check for $100 for supplies she had to buy... As usual in the future we will inspect before future arrivals!!

Great experience, wonderful location, awesome golf course!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jon was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the golf cart, staying in the golf course, and being able to practice after hours. We had a lot of fun. Our dog enjoyed riding in the golf cart around the neighborhood and had a great time too. It was such a treat! Thank you, Jon.

Golf Resort

If you play golf, tennis or pickle ball this resort has it. The unit is a good size for a couple and is fully equipped, with new appliances, fast Internet, great tv with Netflix, etc., and a two car garage.

Nice neighborhood

We stayed at this place for 60 days. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Only thing is the place needs to be clean and fix(updated) especially the bathroom. One more thing is too many crickets inside of the house. Other than that, we enjoyed it.
