This air-conditioned apartment guarantees you a comfortable and pleasant stay in the Var. The ground floor flat has a large 35 m² east-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun and al fresco dining. It comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a shower room, separate WC, a living room with kitchenette opening directly onto the terrace, a first bedroom with double bed (160 × 190) and terrace access, and a second bedroom with double bed (140 × 190) and cupboard. A parking space is also available.

For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a television, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and garden furniture.
