Terrace with a panoramic view on the sea, the Saint Clair beach and the Golden Isles. 350m away from the Saint Clair fine sandy beach and 1.8km away from the Lavandou city center. Living room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchenette : dishwasher, washing machine, fridge + freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A shower room with WC. Parking with a steep access, not suited for small vehicles (1.80 x 2.60).
