Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath, upside down style bayfront home located within walking distance to everything in Stone Harbor. Situated on a protected basin great for swimming and all water sports. The large waterfront deck provides plenty of room for sunning and relaxing meals overlooking the basin. The floating dock and 2 boat slips located off of this deck provide you access to the bay. The home offers a modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, updated baths and multiple decks to enjoy the beautiful bay views. The first floor features a family room with built in wet bar and sliders to the bay, laundry room, three bedrooms and a hall bath. The second floor offers an open great room and adjoining dining area with outstanding bay views along with the updated kitchen. On this floor you will also find the fourth bedroom, hall bath and the master suite with private bath, dressing area and sliders to a covered deck featuring even more bay views.
