Two floor spacious living areas with plenty of driveway parking space, large deck and large yard. House is accommodating for family vacations or friend's getaways. Situated in a beach type neighborhood within minutes to First & Second Beach, the famous Newport Cliff Walk and local restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Downtown Newport is also just a short drive, Uber or taxi away.

My wife and I came across this great beach house and scooped it right up. Upon moving in we completely renovated the home with new hardwood floors throughout, brand new kitchen, brand new master bathroom and updated bathrooms. We have lived in the Newport area for over 20 years and really enjoy being here near the beaches and downtown Newport. We are now ready to let others enjoy our charming beach house.

House is well maintained and freshly renovated top to bottom. It is in a great quiet neighborhood. We have plenty of parking and a great big backyard. House is just minutes away from First and Second beach and Downtown Newport.
