2 bedroom 1 bath cottage on small quiet private lake. 5 miles from downtown Charlevoix, round lake and Lake Michigan. 20 miles south of Petoskey, 20 miles north of Torch Lake. Close to wedding venues. Casino, & antique stores. Enjoy fishing and swimming, fire pit and wood to burn. Canoe and paddle boat to be used at your own risk. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, toaster oven, waffle maker, popcorn popper and microwave.

Use paddle boat and canoe at your own risk. Caution while on dock, slippery when wet.
We do not have a daily “maid service”. Cleaning is done before you arrive. We have a 20gal. Hot water tank quick showers are a must for a warm one.

Clean and comfy cottage with a beautiful view

The cottage is better than the pictures. Very comfy and clean. I loved all the decorations. There is a lake in the front and back of the property which are great for fishing. Downtown Charlevoix is close by. The owners were very informative with things to do nearby. The cottage has everything you need, just bring your food.
