Perfect Stay

Our stay at this very clean, spacious and well maintained condo was perfect for our month long trip to Marathon. Very nice pool and located just seconds to the beach. There is so much to do from this location and is not far to Key West and Islamorada. The description is exactly what is stated and we would stay again.

Gloria and Raul have created the perfect condo on the beach in the Keys. The condo was impeccably clean and well equipped. We totally enjoyed our stay, biking every day, lounging at the pool, and walking the beach. We'll be back!

Lovely condo and complex in Coco Plum Beach

This is a beautiful condo with great views of the water, friendly neighbors and inside has everything you need. Gloria is very responsive to any questions/problems you might have, she’s wonderful to deal with. We love it here!

Beautiful Condo on Coco Plum Beach

Beautiful, newly renovated condo in a quiet community on Coco Plum Beach. Everything about the stay was 5 Star. Condo is well-equipped and very comfortable. Gloria is a pleasure to deal with-super efficient and immediately responsive. Will be back!

Perfect condo by the beach

Gloria and Raul have created the perfect home on Coco Plum beach. Everything was as shown in listing. The condo is well designed, decorated and equipped. They responded very promptly to any questions we had. The property is very quiet.A delight!

Hope to go back!

We give this five stars in part because the owners, who are very nice, recently purchased it and are planning updates. Even without updates, it's a very nice place in a small, quiet well-kept townhome community with a beautiful pool and nice stretch of beach. Marathon is a great location, in the middle of the Keys, close to everything with plenty of amenities, but not busy like Key West. Hope to return next year.

Great condo with excellent location and beautiful views.

Biking, kayaking, and pickleball daily; close to necessary services. Owner was very helpful and easily reached. Recently renovated and beautiful condo. Complex is nicely managed and well-maintained.

A Gem in the heart of the keys

I can’t stress enough how absolutely magical this stay has been for our family. The condo, the community all of it were so welcoming and a much needed break from isolated nyc winter. This is the spot if you want peace and quiet away from crowds/ roudyness Thank you!

Wonderful vacation home

We had a wonderful time on our vacation and felt this home provided the perfect base for our family. The size of the home was very comfortable for our family (we had four of us for two weeks and five of us for one week), and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The best part about this property is how warm and kind the owners were and how they took extra steps and measures to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Marathon area.
