I am a single guy and have a renter in the upstairs part of the house because of the extra space. The renter is a 60 yo woman who is home often but very quiet. The kitchen is the only part of the house that is shared with ensures privacy for the downstairs . The whole house is 1800 sq ft. I travel and am making this property available during an extended trip out of the county.
