Nous avons une personne sur place qui s’occupe de l’appartement , de façon à régler tous les problèmes qui se présentent durant votre séjour comme nous vous l’avions expliqiué.
Le lit a été changé récemment et si vous nous aviez informés dès votre arrivée d’un inconfort, la conciergerie aurait réglé le problème
Par ailleurs, depuis l’installation de la climatisation , aucun voyageur ne nous a signalé la présence de nombreux moustiques dans l’appartement bien que ces insectes soient effectivement présents sur la côte d’azur..Nous sommes désolés de ce ressenti à l’issue de vos vacances car nous n’avons jamais eu ce type de remarques avec les précédents locataires.
