Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is close to everything Lake Havasu City has to offer and includes all you need to enjoy relaxing inside or outdoors. The lake/beaches/parks are only a couple miles away, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and groceries stores nearby. There is something for everyone -- golfing, boating, antiquing, watersports, and other recreational activities.

The home is 1468 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master includes a king bed, ensuite with a large sit/stand shower, and a walk-in closet for storing your extras. Need to work from home? No problem! There is a foldable desk and ergonomically-friendly office chair for your use. Highspeed fiber wifi Internet is provided, but you can also connect via Ethernet cord to the modem if needed.

The other two bedrooms both include queen beds, and one has a twin loft bed as well. Each bedroom has it's own wall-mounted Amazon Fire Smart TV, and the living room is a great space to kick back and watch a show, read, or play a game.

The backyard is entirely private! Take a dip in the spacious 7 ft deep pool or lounge on it's large baja shelf. The pool also has two nice sitting shelves as well. There are plenty of places to sit and relax outside (in the sun or in the shade) -- or chill in the pool with one of the many fun floats available in the garage! The attached spa is also available for your use.

Grill a meal and enjoy dining outside or find all you need to cook and dine in the well-equipped kitchen/dining area. In the evening, enjoy smores around the fire pit.

From the front swing you'll be able to view the mountains, the lake, and gorgeous sunsets. Sit with a cup of coffee in the morning watching roadrunners, bunnies, and quail.

There is plenty of parking out front (including a space in the garage). (*Note: Our boat is stored on the side of the house.) There is also an indoor, air-conditioned laundry room.

You will love the comforts of this home, it's open and airy feel, and it's amazing location!

Special notes:

* It should not more than 7 hours to clean after your stay. If it takes longer than 7 hours, the overage (@$25/hr) will be charged against your $750 damage deposit (VRBO credit card hold).

* Propane use (for the spa) will also be charged to against the damage deposit (@ $3/gallon-- average use is around 3-4 gal. per 90 min.).

Perfect family friendly place

Went to this stay as a vacation it was wonderful very clean loved the pool everything was labeled. We have stayed alot of other places throughout the years this was perfect. The owner was very helpful 🙂 The pool was amazing very nice get away nice to just relax for a change!

Excellent Host, beautiful home. Lovely deck, pool and hot tub. Well stocked with supplies.

We loved playing cards in the evening by the pool and just sitting out at night in the warm weather watching the stars. Colored lights on pool and hot tub beautiful at night Host was very helpful when we had questions about anything.

Wonderful Property and Amazing Host!

Everything was perfect, the home, the comfy beds, the pool, wonderful a/c, location, it was immaculate. Even the neighbors were great. Spring is just a gem to have as a host, so helpful and sweet. We will definitely return to her property again when we visit Havasu. The lake view from the front yard was an added bonus too. Thank you so much, we could not have asked for anything more.

Very Clean and Great Pool!

We loved this house. It was especially clean and felt like a high end hotel. It was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids who all fit in the one room with the bunk beds. Obviously its hot there so the pool was perfect and really refreshing. We didn't have a need for the hot tub at all. The place has all sorts of extra things like a big umbrella to give some much needed shade around the pool, pool floats, coolers, kayaks, full garage to store your car so i doesn't get too hot, washer and dryer, coffee and creamer, snacks, extra towels. Just a great place and really well done by the owners. Thank you!

Clean, comfy home with every amenity you'll need for a fun and relaxing stay!!

This property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with every amenity needed for a fun and relaxing time in Lake Havasu City. Spring was very conscientious when outfitting her vacation home with everyday necessities and lots of fun extras for adults and kids. She was so pleasant and easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The home and everything in it are either new or so well cared for that they appeared new! We didn't get to use the pool since it's extremely expensive to heat in the winter, but the hot tub was wonderful! The neighborhood is very nice and really quiet, making for a safe and peaceful environment. We recommend this property and owner to anyone from retirees, adults, and families with children. The alarms on the sliding doors out to the backyard/pool area are a nice touch for visitors with children. Thanks so much, Spring!!

Excellent for Traveling Group

We had a last minute group of traveling business partners and instead of booking seperate hotel rooms, this home was big enough to host our travelers and still allowed comfortable space. The pool and spa was a bonus to relax in after a long day of work. Location was great, house was clean and very nicely organized. The host was amazing in accommodating our unique request, and would absolutely recommend staying here again.

Home away from home

This was our third year staying at this property and has everything you need for an extended stay like ours, six weeks. Spring is an amazing host and is quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Great location in the city as it is close to downtown and major routes to get around. The pool and hot tub were a great feature this with the warmer temps we experienced this year.

Owner is Extremely Particular Lots of "Rules"

Be careful about the "housekeeping" policy. If you want to get charged only the "7 hours" minimum, you should probably hire a housekeeper to clean it before you check out so you don't get charged extra. I was charged extra because of a few crumbles and the countertops apparently not being wiped clean enough. I thought that's what the housekeepers did? I left the house much better than I have left a lot of other VRBOs. I've Never had this happen. Also, the furniture was all uncomfortable. The metal kitchen table seats where very uncomfortable. The Bar Stools were hard and painful. The Living Couch was uncomfortable Old and worn out I think. The beds were OK. Not for us.

Overall was a fantastic little house for our little family to stay, very kid friendly! Our toddler loved everything about, and we felt very comfortable with our baby playing on the ground it was very clean! Spring was very nice and super easy to communicate with! Home Away from Home

This is our 2nd year staying here. Spring is an amazing hostess...the house has everything you need and then some. Super Clean, well organized, well stocked, beds are excellent. Pool is great - we got it up to 80 degrees with the solar heat. Hot Tub was used lots. Had grandkids visit and they had a blast with all the games and water toys that are available. If your looking for a place to stay...this is the one. Location is good to all parts of the city, view of the lake is awesome.

We're Michigan natives who moved to San Diego in 2015 then fell in love with Lake Havasu as a vacation/future retirement destination. We enjoy pontoon boating, swimming, and fun in the sun as a family. The beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere of Lake Havasu City make us feel right at home. We love seeing the local wildlife -- have seen burros, bighorn sheep and waterfowl on the lake and quail, roadrunners, and bunnies in our own neighborhood. We even like seeing the bats! When we're on the lake, you'll find us parked at an island rock hunting or playing in the water. We are so excited to share this place we love with other families!

Why they chose this property

We love our vacation home for it's amazing location, it's gorgeous pool/spa, and all the space it has to lounge. The pool area has a large patio, and there is an outdoor dining area that is shaded nearly all day. We love the bright and welcoming feel of our home with it's beachy-meets-rustic feel. We thoroughly enjoy night swimming with the pool/spa lights on and relaxing in the spa under the starry sky. We also can't get over the amazing sunsets we can view from the front of the house! If you're lucky enough to book the 4th of July, you'll see fireworks in all directions from the backyard!

What makes this property unique

This home is meant to be very family friendly. We have provided extras like games and toys/seating for kids and some added safety amenities (2 youth kayaks, some youth life jackets, wall-mounted TVs, and alarms on the doors). We have tried to make it comfortable for families (like ours) to enjoy the home.
