The pool and outdoor area could not have been better! The kids were thrilled with the kid's rooms and the game room was phenomenal! The littles loved the little room under the stairs. We have stayed in many houses in the Orlando area and this was one of the best.

Check in was a breeze, communication was top notch. Had BBQ propane run out but it was taken care of promptly. House was clean and beautiful. Loved the bedrooms and game rooms. We had a blast and would definitely return again.

Absolutely brilliant

The villa was all that it stated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was easy. We would definitely stay again. And what a bonus being able to see the fireworks at Magic Kingdom from the side of the pool.

Overall, the property was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, everything worked properly, and everything that was advertised was there. We especially loved the movie theater room and the game room. The pool was clean, and we appreciated having plenty of outdoor seating options.Our only issues were with the air conditioning. There were times when the main level became quite warm, especially overnight, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The game room and theater room also seemed to have little to no air conditioning at times, which was inconvenient.The only other concern was a strange musty smell at the top of the stairs on the second floor. We weren’t sure where it was coming from, but it may have been related to the washer and dryer area.Other than those issues, the house was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect for a family getaway!

We have stayed at many properties in area over the years. This house is so far at the top of our list. The late night checkin was a breeze and the house was beautiful upon arriving. Communication was easy with owner/manger. Our kids were in love with themed bedrooms, arcade, theater and of course the pool. We loved the heated pool and spa and the spacious house. The only thing was the televisions are all different with different apps on them. There was not any live tv available on any tv. We are pretty tech savvy and the tvs were a little slow and not consistent through out house.I think my kids could have stayed in that house all summer! We enjoyed every night watching disney fireworks from pool deck.We would definitely come back!
