Check in was a bit difficult. The porch furniture was not sturdy and put together with PVC pipes and there wasn’t clear directions on how to leave the house locked when going out on the town. Other than that, it was in a great area.

I would recommend:• moving the couch from the far ride of the living room over to face the TV. Much better for watching tv and having conversation. • Then fill that corner with a small table or other chair or love seat. • Provide 5-10 beach towels• Replace the oven. It was broken the entire stay. • Add lighting to the driveway and solar light post at mailbox. The house is so dark and hard to see at night. We drove past it a couple times and had to turn around.

Property worked well for us. Oven and stovetop were broken but they brought us a toaster oven. Wasn’t ideal, but also they provided a solution. Do note, there is no grill. I’ve never not had one so I didn’t think to check which is on me. Was very clean, perfect deck to watch blue angels and easy walk to the beach. Right next to a sidewalk. Overall, happy with our stay
