This guest contacted us after hours on arrival night to express dissatisfaction and let us know he intended to leave the following morning. When we spoke the next morning, he confirmed that he had already departed after one night, rather than completing the four-night reservation. He expressed dissatisfaction with the home’s aesthetic (design choices and finishes), location, parking, and garage size.
