Property was amazing there were a few minor issues. Like some of the chairs in the movie theatre were broke & one of the panels of the stairs came off as I was walking up but it snapped back on. I didn’t think there was enough toilet paper supplied in each bathroom we had to go buy are own. But it’s not that big of a deal. The house was nice, pool was warm, & the family had a good time

The house was very clean. It had everything we need. We loved it had a pack n play, high chairs, and baby gates. It was perfect for our family with kids for 6 month to 12y. The only downfall was some of the theather chairs ,couch arm, and knives are broken.The are tiny ants all over the kitchen counter. They got in the food we had on the counter. Overall the house was amazing little vacation. Our kids lived the pool and watching movies on the big screen. We recommend for big families.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was clean. We had a couple issues such as the chairs in the movie theater room did not recline as they were broken, pool and hot tub heat did not work for a couple days, ants in the kitchen, 2 of the video games in the game room did not work, the ac went out upstairs. The maintenance team did come and fix the ac right away and they tried to fix the pool heat and were able to around 6pm our last night. Response was good from the ownership team and overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for all 12 in our group and it is in a good location to everything!

We enjoyed our stay overall and the home had plenty of space for our family, but there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. The biggest was the ant problem, which was pretty disgusting and something we dealt with throughout the stay. We also found quite a bit of existing damage to furniture, walls, chairs and other areas of the home. Nothing was mentioned beforehand, which made me nervous about being held responsible, so I took numerous photos and contacted management to document everything.There were no pool toys or fun pool items provided, so we purchased our own. There were also no sheets for the crib. The Wi-Fi was very weak, causing TVs and systems throughout the house to take forever to load, and several beds made concerning noises just from sitting on them.Getting in and out of the gated community was confusing at first until a staff member finally explained the process. Unfortunately, that interaction also made me uncomfortable because he began hitting on me and even asked about my shoe size.For a vacation home of this size and price, I think more basics should be provided, such as soap, dishwashing liquid, adequate towels and other essentials. Charging extra for pool/hot tub heat was also disappointing, especially since we still had to wait about 30 minutes for them to heat up each time.We did make great memories and enjoyed the home, but better maintenance, communication and attention to basic guest needs would make a big difference.

Amazing Themed Rooms!

There is much to enjoy in this home, many themed rooms, perfect for Disney lovers! We loved the movie theater and the game room! The pool was also great! I would recommend the heat, as it makes the pool a very comfortable and enjoyable temperature! We loved our experience with Blue Sky Villas and will be coming back in the future!

Great house

House was very nice and as advertised! Plenty of space for our party of 14. Enjoyed coming back to the house and relaxing in pool/spa after a long day of being at the parks.

Great home!

We had such a fantastic time at this property! The pool and spa were heated to perfect temperatures and were fantastic to use even in the cooler temps we had. Communication was exceptional with management and any question were answered almost immediately the beds were all very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the game rooms, theater room and themed bedrooms!
