Beautiful Single Family Home
We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished home for rent, for the month of February or March of 2021 in the gated community of Stoneybrook of Venice. Has 1 king bed in Master Suite, 1 queen size bed in 1st bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Also has a queen sized air mattress that can be used in the office. Home also has a 3 car garage.
Stoneybrook amenities include a very large pool with hot tub as well as a clubhouse, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, walking trails, etc.
Only $1,500 per week!! Must rent for all 4 weeks of February, or 4 weeks in March of 2024.
Located about 2 miles east of Route 75, and approximately 7 miles from 3 beautiful beaches. Venice is located about 15 miles south of Sarasota, on the Gulf side of Florida.
No smoking.
Stoneybrook amenities include a very large pool with hot tub as well as a clubhouse, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, walking trails, etc.
