Enjoy the fantastic golf view and sunny exposure from the beautifully remodeled sunroom in this spacious Lighthouse Road three bedroom. With a spacious open floor plan, a beautifully remodeled kitchen with plenty of cabinets and workspace, and a large dining area, this property is ideal for those who want to share meals and reconnect with friends and family. New ownership have invested care and thoughtfulness in providing for the comfort and enjoyment of their guests by thinking of many of the little things that you never knew you'd be so happy to have! Newest updates: a propane grill out back, a new range and remodeled master shower, beautifully refinished wood floors, fresh linens, new sliders and more!

This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Centrally located, the Lighthouse Road Villas are just a short ten minute walk to the Beach Club, are right on the trolley line, and are just a short jaunt to Sea Pines Center, Harbor Town, the Plantation Clubhouse and the forest preserve.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, two free bikes will be waiting when you arrive. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. We provide a free family fitness pass Free tennis during the afternoons at South Beach, beach towels and chairs and free WIFI are also included.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. Simply head straight to your villa, park right in front and head to the beach, relax and enjoy. A memorable vacation is waiting for you!

Property was clean, well stocked kitchen, beds good. Easy 7-10 minute walk to the beach. The family room gets a little warm-does not have AC vents in that area. We got a fan and that helped.

We loved the open concept kitchen and the TV room addition was awesome with the big TV. We were able to stream Netflix and Prime and YouTube TV so that was very convenient. The location is ideal because it is a 5 minute walk to the beach club and 3 minute walk to the Plantation Golf Club. I’ve been going to Hilton Head and specifically Sea Pines since the early 1970’s so I appreciate the location very much. Also the house had everything. Nice wine glasses and plenty of trays and the pitcher was a nice touch. The dinning room table was great too!! Our dogs loved the tile floors which made it easy. The last thing we appreciated was having the 4 bikes. We used them everyday!!!!

This was our second year in this row of villas and we were very happy with this location and with this well furnished and comfortable villa. It is close to South Beach and we and our dog really enjoyed going to the beach in the morning and late afternoon. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jessica the property manager was very helpful on the couple of times we needed her assistance. We will happily come back.

We enjoyed the ease of checking in and out ! We ordered 3 more bikes so we each had one and took advantage of the paths . We had plenty of linens and beach towels . Peaceful back yard overlooking fairway! Great kitchen and nice washer and dryer simplified our stay.

It was a very nice property and great location for us! We walked to the beach almost daily as it was very close. The bike rental store along with golfing is a 2 minute walk as well. Jessica answered when I called to ask a question right away. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Summer Vacation!

To avoid transition day we did Thursday to Thursday and it was quiet coming in and quiet leaving!!! Walking to the beach was super simple, plenty of beach gear items at the condo. Parking was great...we had three cars, one in front of the condo all week and 2 in guest spots on property. One thing you may want to bring...a floor fan. Respectfully they have you leave the HVAC 70 or higher but with the high ceilings it got warmish a few times for our dogs but night time was just fine. Plenty of kitchen items. Trolley rides were fun, beach was beautiful, bikes were used TONS to bike to Harbor Town and Coligny. Sea Pines Beach Club was the perfect area because of the bar area and ability to order food and drink and use their restrooms. We come to Sea Pines often and this was the best location hands down. Definitely will be back in the fall!!!

Perfect location in Sea Pines

The owners were super easy to deal with and the communication was fast, friendly and efficient. The condo was about as close to the beach resort as you can get roughly a half mile away. The main pool was closed so the owners got us access to another pool about 3 blocks away and there was never anyone there. Golf courses almost across the street, and same as bike rentals. Furniture was comfortable, the upstairs mattress was very firm, supplies were all there to start but did need to get extras for the week. It does get hot upstairs, so make sure you leave the bedroom doors closed and they stay cool. The only slight negative I would say is the a/c blows kind of loud through the vents. It was not a big deal but if your a lite sleeper it might bother you. We would stay there again! Thank you

Dirty

We thought it was clean from a glimpse but needs deep cleaning. The windows were very dirty as were the lights. (dead bugs residing) and the master bedroom carpet was nasty, needs to be replaced. The table outside was on three legs and rusted out. We didn't use the upstairs but would never rent again.The bedding was not great, overall very dated, esp in the bedroom where we spent most of the time.

Wedding week

Fantastic Beach Villa

This was our first visit to HH and this Villa was perfect. Upon booking our reservation we received a wonderful informative email that same day. Not only did the email give us information about our Villa and stay, they also included helpful tips about the island and places to eat and things to do. Weeks before our trip they mailed our Sea Pines gate pass which was so helpful. Before our arrival our house code and bike lock code was sent. Our arrival could not have gone any smoother. I sent an email days before our arrival with a few questions and they replied that day answering all my questions. Jessica was fantastic from the moment we booked. This Villa is in a great location and was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of five. The furniture was comfy and the house was decorated beautifully. We loved the bikes that were offered with our stay and we rode our bikes to the beach everyday. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Fantastic Villa with excellent customer service. Thanks for making our first trip to HH perfect.
