Create incredible beach memories with friends or family in this centrally located, yet quiet property on Lighthouse Road. Just a short 10-12 minute walk to the beach, and right on the trolley stop, this newly remodeled villa offers an open floor plan with a nicely furnished screened in porch. You'll enjoy coffee or meals or some quiet time relaxing on the outdoor furniture taking in the golf view. Recent updates include appliances and furniture, an adjustable work desk and more. All of these investments make this well laid out pet friendly property both comfortable and enjoyable.

As with all of our properties, enjoy amenities like two free bikes for exploring the over 20 miles of Sea Pines bike paths, many shaded and with low intensity lighting for riding at night--These go just about everywhere in SeaPines. We also include a free fitness center pass for everyone, with access to free tennis at South Beach, and free WIFI.
The villa features a first floor master bedroom suite, TV's in all bedrooms, large dining table for enjoying meals together, new furniture in the living room and much more. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee. Please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please also note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass for five. Daily and individual passes are also available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. Simply drive right in, park in front, and head for the beach, relax and enjoy!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please note you do not have to take the trash to the curb. The garbage men come into the service yard to get it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please list your pet in the guest list so that our pet fee will be applied to your quote. Vehicle passes are mailed whenever possible.

The Lighthouse Road three bedroom villas are centrally located about 1/3-1/2 mile to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The neighborhood is well maintained and the layouts are spectacular, with first floor primary bedrooms and vaulted ceilings, bringing in a lot of natural light.

What makes this property unique

The screened in porch of this property is what guests always comment about post-stay. Guests also appreciate the recent upgrades to lighting and ceiling fans as well as the first floor primary bedroom en suite. Location is perfect!
