We loved staying at Gretchen's property. The location was incredible to be able to walk out in the morning and see turtles, walk to the beach or just have coffee on the patio and take in the beauty of the ocean. The unit was well appointed and kitchen had everything we needed. The weather while we were there was unusually hot/humid (as noted by the locals) but between the fans and leaving the patio doors open, we were comfortable for the most part. Never had a problem with parking. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. (We loved the Hawaiian Moons grocery/deli right across the street.)We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

The best place we have stayed in Maui: Amazing location, excellent host communication, every amenity (great beds/multiple tvs/stocked kitchen/stacks of fluffy towels/updated appliances, the list goes on!), snorkeling and pool on doorstep, easy access but quiet location. Great value for the price. Am hoping to stay again soon!

Everything was fantastic for our family of 4! Close to the beach and friends. The Bottom floor made it easy to get in and out to the beach. Loved having a kitchen for making our own food, but still having the option to get out for food or shops. We had a blastWould recommend some investment in beach chairs and boogie boards. A lot of other units have these items and we had to rent. Luckily it’s right across the street and real easy! Over all we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Unit at a Fantastic Location

The finishings of this condo are really a step above what you’d expect at this price point. Also the location is phenomenal with beautiful beaches flanking both sides of the property and plenty of food within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location facing the ocean right between two beaches and shops/restaurants just a short walk away. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely come again!

We enjoyed our time at your condominium. I believe that the units on the first floor are the best due to easy access to the pool and two beaches in both directions. Great location. Our host and her cleaning person did a great job of getting the unit ready for our stay. I would highly suggest booking this for your vacation.

Great stay in Kihei!

Love the location, between Kamole I and Kamaole II beaches. Great snorkeling for beginners, conveniently across the street from shops and eats and rentals, perfect for morning walks and sunsets on the lanai. The best!

A Stay to Remember

We’ve stayed on Maui multiple times and specifically Kihei, but this is the best we’ve ever experienced. The view, the lovely ocean breeze, but there is a vibe that cannot be described with words. Something that we couldn’t quite put our finger on, it felt like a home away from home. We found “our place” on Maui. We will definitely be back!

Mother Daughter Maui Bonding

My 29 year old daughter and I (age 67) enjoyed five days of beaching, ATVing, swimming, walking, sunning, and bonding, with this condo as our base of operations. Gretchen’s place is well kept, conveniently located, and stocked with all amenities needed for a perfect stay.

A great place in the heart of Kihei

Terrific sunset views, easy access to the pool and local beaches. Short walk or drive to local activities or shopping. Parents + 2 kids easily accommodated, with a pull-out couch if you have more.

Our Maui Home

The location of this condo is perfect. It is with a short walking distance to beaches, convenience stores, liquor stores and restaurants. The grounds are very well maintained with a perfect ocean view.
