Loved this cabin. Super clean, nicely appointed with a great view. Close to town but doesn’t feel it. Attention to detail and communication with host was excellent. Front porch was great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The fire pit and outdoor lighting was fun! We were visited by turkeys and watched hawks. I would stay here again without any hesitation.
Turkey Trot checked all the boxes and then some for our stay at Black Mountain. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We enjoyed being close to town but also in a country setting, including watching turkeys in the field as we drank our coffee on the porch!
Our stay at Lyndsay and Jeremy’s cabin was excellent. The cabin location is beautiful, close to downtown, and an easy place to head out for a very scenic bike ride. The cabin was super clean, had everything you needed, was very comfortable and the outdoor porch and fire pit added an extra level of enjoyment for our weekend stay. Lyndsay and Jeremy were very responsive and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Jeremy. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit.
Cabin was very high quality, furnishings were very thoughtful, and it was generously stocked . The location was perfect, 5 minutes from downtown. Black Mountain NC is a great place to visit. Jeremy the host was a real pleasure to talk to. Our experience was exactly the get away we were looking for.
The cabin is perfect. It’s far enough away from the town to be quiet but close enough to drive a few minutes and be in down town. We could not have asked for a better view from the front porch in the mornings. Loved our time there and would definitely stay again in the future.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Turkey Trot: cozy, quiet, clean place tucked away in beautiful Black Mountain. Check in and out was a breeze. Great experience with communication and host went above to make the place very welcoming. We hope to return!
