Breakwater is a lovely beachfront townhouse located in the quiet Laguna Beach area that is predominantly single family homes. Built as a duplex with privacy walls between the two units, this is as close to single family as you can get! The bright and colorful living room brings the beautiful colors of the beach inside while offering fabulous views. The well-equipped kitchen can also be found on the first floor where you can enjoy cooking with a beach view! The dining room and one bedroom with a bathroom are also on the first floor. The second level houses the other two bedrooms and bathrooms, including a phenomenal master suite with ample room and a private balcony to sip your coffee in peace. The great size deck off the living area offers panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf. There is a covered area for those wishing to stay in the shade, and an open area for the sun seekers! Enjoy walking to Thomas Donuts or the wonderful Carousel Supermarket!

Wonderful beachfront vacation!

My family vacations on the Gulf fairly regularly and we always stay at a beachfront home. This duplex had everything we needed in a great location. Despite being fairly dated inside with wallpaper coming off the wall, the layout of the home suited us well with my mom able to stay downstairs and then my husband and I upstairs with with kiddos in the next room over but far enough away that we weren't on top of each other. The master bedroom was also very spacious with a nice private balcony. We would stay here again and we usually don't stay at the same place twice.

Nice Beachfront House

The pictures are accurate. Nice home for the price. The kitchen is well equipped and check in was easy. We love staying in a home directly on the beach and away from the high rises, but the only negative to this home is its close proximity to a public beach access. Large numbers of people used this access making this a very crowded beach area. We would stay here again, but only in the off season.
