all ok and well presented. Only real issue was the master bed… very high off the ground and not very comfy. And air con wouldn’t stay on overnight and turned off (despite pre-checking that it didn’t!) Gorgeous surroundings….pool was lovely and warm and massive! We enjoyed sunbathing. Host was fantastic with communication. Felt very safe in this community.

Helen and I are pleased you enjoyed the surroundings and our wonderful pool and deck. The master bedroom mattress was expensive and bought at Ashley Home furnishing and not merely a foam one. My 5feet 7inch tall wife chose it, no doubt influenced by the fact that at the time the US President had the same mattress . I have checked with the management company who inform me that the air conditioning system is working normally. I have also checked the electricity circuit monitors and can see that the air conditioning has been actively operating during the night turning on and off when necessary.

The villa was absolutely perfect- 2 families of 4 and it was spacious, clean, well equipped and felt homely. The pool was so warm without needing heating. The pool netting screen which has been recently updated to include a panoramic view of the golf course was beautiful. The host Richard was absolutely unbelievable. Great communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location for families being only 30-40 mins for Disney. Southern dunes complex itself is wonderful, great for golf. Walmart being so close helps and Mannys chophouse is an absolute must!! Cannot speak any more highly of the property and the host.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at this house! It was a little far to commute to Disney and Universal because of the traffic but other than that great!

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic property we loved every minute of our stay. Very clean and well maintained. Communication from property owner was brilliant from day one. Set in a very quiet and safe community. Walmart literally right outside the gate along with many restaurant chains.

Excellent well-equipped luxury villa

This spacious property is beautiful and well located .The pool is great for the children. As it on a gated community it felt safe. Close to shops and amenities. Although we were out nearly every day at disney it was lovely to come back to a relaxing environment. We as a family had great holiday.

2 week Golfing Holiday

The house was exactly as advertised, roomy, clean and well located for us. Swimming pool was great, we rented a Bar-B-Q and alternated evening meals going out. Richard and Helen the owners responded to any questions immediately and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would go again !

Lovely, spacious home. Very clean with beautiful pool.

We had an enjoyable week staying in this home. It would accommodate 4 couples comfortably. Very nice furnishings and comfortable beds. We rented a golf cart from Bargain Carts and were able to drive to the grocery store, Dollar Store, and Walmart. The club house was available for meals when we weren't in the mood to eat in, although the kitchen was well equipped. It was overall a very nice place to spend a week away from Nebraska winter.

Clean, Fun, and just a Great Place to stay.

This place was the perfect place for my family. We made a Legoland trip for the kids and this house was situated far enough from the chaos of theme park while being close enough for us to travel back and forth. The house provided us with plenty to do from the pool with all of the floaties to all the puzzles and games to keep everyone entertained. The wood puzzle is such a great brain teaser too. The house was clean and provided us with everything to keep us comfortable. To the owners, thank you for lending us your home and for being such great hosts!

Golf getaway

I have nothing negative to say about the property or our stay. The home was large, spacious and well laid out. Roomy kitchen with everything we needed during our stay. House was impeccably clean which we appreciated. Lovely pool/patio area with a spectacular view of the second fairway of Southern Dunes golf course. Richard was attentive as a host, provided all info for an easy check in and made sure we were settled in and happy. Would definitely rent this property again if we vacation in the area.
