The home is approximately 24 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 29 miles from Universal Studios.

Southern Dunes Resort

Southern Dunes is home to an 18-hole championship golf course along with a clubhouse, restaurant, and full bar. The community also offers three swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground, and other recreational amenities.

Living & Dining Areas

The home features two spacious living areas with plenty of comfortable seating, making it easy for everyone to spread out and relax. The main living room features a large flat-screen TV and direct access to the pool area.

A formal dining area with seating for 8 provides plenty of room for family meals and gatherings.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen essentials.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub that's perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and flat-screen TV.

Games Room

Parking

This is a single-story home licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and pool safety alarms and/or a pool safety fence.

Pool Heat: Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.

Starter Supplies: This is a self-catering vacation home. A small selection of starter supplies may be provided for your arrival, including soap in the bathrooms, one trash bag per bin, a small amount of laundry detergent and dish detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed during their stay.
