Walk to Second Beach. Large 3 story home with ocean views near Newport but not the noise. House sits back from Paradise Ave on a lush acre of land.
Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a beach vacation. House is fully furnished and comfortable. Outdoor shower and plenty of parking! Pets may be considered.
4 bedroom 3 full baths 2 half bath and outdoor shower. Large gourmet kitchen. All linens and towels provided- beach chairs too!
We are a Navy family renting out our dream home, while we are stationed in Tampa, FL. My husband and I met and married in Newport. We hope to return to live here full time when our Navy adventure is over. My folks live on the property in a separate home and help us manage the rental. We have been renting for several years but this is our first year on VRBO (2022). Help us get some good reviews!
