About this property

Beautiful Homely Vacation Condominium

Our Condominium / Apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, providing comfort and convenience. It has been re-furbished in recent years with wooden floors installed throughout in addition to all new kitchen new appliances e.g. 65 inch flat screen Smart TV’s , hob , oven, dishwasher and microwave. All living room furniture has been upgraded in 2024. It is fully air conditioned and heated, with ceiling mounted paddle fans in the lounge and master bedroom for additional circulation. Multi channel cable color television, DVD , and High Speed Wi-Fi facilities are all provided. The Lounge has a wonderful vaulted ceiling which adds to the spacious feel of this 1100 sq ft property .

The spacious kitchen / breakfast area is well equipped with the latest appliances allowing full self catering facilities. These include a full size, self cleaning electric oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal, coffee maker and toaster, vacuum cleaner, telephone, clock radio alarm and hair dryer. Ample supplies of cutlery, china, change of linen and towels (both hand and bath size) are provided. An automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also included.

The Condominium has two double bedrooms and one twin which is ample room for up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, remote control Cable and Smart TV and a walk in wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom for the remaining two bedrooms. For small children a cot is provided. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space.

Our Condominium is located at the 2496 Sweetwater Club Circle ( Unit 56 ) on Siesta Lago Drive just off US192 and ideally suited for all the major attractions (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World, Universal Island of Adventure, Disney Animal Kingdom etc.). The main gates of Disney World are within 5 minutes with the furthest attractions being Universal Studios only 20 minutes away. Sweetwater Club is 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport and the journey is very straightforward.

Please note that we have a minimum stay policy of 30 nights 1st Jan through 31st March annually

Excellent accommodation. The property was clean and very spacious. We were 6 adults - we had no sufficient space. The location was very good. The kitchen needed more large pots and pans and property needs some updates. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great Location

This was a convenient location for our trip to Orlando. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very communicative. The pool is only a small walk across the compex and very convenient to use. I enjoyed being on the top condo and the stairs are not bad.

Very spacious!

The property manager did not contact us about check-in info until less than 24 hours before we were to arrive even though we had been told we would get info one week prior to arrival. We also had some trouble with the door lock. The living area is extremely spacious.

Christmas holiday

We have just returned from 18 nights at Franks condo and had a lovely stay. Everything was great. good location, everything you would need for your stay was provided. Frank was a pleasure to deal with definitely going above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect with brilliant communication. We have stayed in this area many times and would 100% stay here again.

This property was in a great location. A quick drive to Universal, but far enough away to be relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The property owner is a delight and incredibly easy to communicate and deal with.

Great location

It was very comfortable and homey. Rooms were nice size so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Pool was nice and clean. Great location to all the parks which is why we went in the first place! Very affordable also. We will definitely stay again when we need to stay in this area!

Would Stay Again

The location was a short drive to Walt Disney World which was of the reasons why we chose the condo. The pool is close to the home which is a plus. Some things need to be updated and changed but the condo itself was clean and a great size for my family. I would definitely stay here again.

We live in Ireland and travel to Florida as often as possible but at least twice a year. We found and fell in love with Sweetwater Club in the mid 1990's and purchased in 1999 . We find Sweetwater an ideal location for anything one would wish to do in central Florida , be it trips to all the wonderful Theme Parks , fabulous golfing or indeed the fantastic shopping ! We did a wonderful job of renovating our Unit and are very proud of the work undertaken . It has been called the nicest unit in Sweetwater .We hope you like it too .

Why they chose this property

We chose this location to buy in central Florida having spent some time considering all options . Sweetwater is wonderfully located for Disney and all the major Theme Parks but also close to all the Outlet Malls and a large numbers of fabulous Golf Courses . In this regard it ticked all the boxes for us and our friends and family and we have spent many holidays enjoying the sun , shops , worlds and golf . Perfect !
We have a wonderful local Management Company who liaise with our guests before , during and after their visit and are always available to help in any way that you might need.
Our primary concern is always to ensure that our guests have a wonderful time and fully enjoy all the home comforts of our lovely condo.

What makes this property unique

All the benefits of Central Florida abound . The Parks , the Outlet Malls plus the many Bars and Restaurants. We have a special interest in the many ,many Golf Courses in the vicinity . We have tried them all ( and mostly failed !) so if you need any recommendations, just let us know .
