This 3-bedroom, 2-bath, condominium that sleeps five, overlooks a beautiful and tranquil lake at the famous PGA West Golf resort. It’s a short drive to the local festivals, golf courses, tennis, horse events, and fabulous shopping and world-class restaurants. You may even spot small herds of bighorn sheep casually roaming the streets! PGA West is a gated community and has 6 golf courses (3 public, 3 private) as well as 54 pools. We have bikes in our garage. Hiking nearby and lakes with fish! This three-bedroom, two-bath, end unit condo offers a gorgeous lake view. We have provided a gas-powered barbeque for your dining pleasure right on the balcony along with table and seating and two lounge chairs. Entering the condo itself involves a secure, state-of-the-art, digital lock on the front door for your security and also you can access the unit directly through the 2-car garage and laundry room. Once inside, you will access the second floor living area by means of the travertine staircase. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom and is well separated from the guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom, with king size bed, has an en suite bathroom with a private entrance. The second guest bedroom, with queen size bed, is across the hallway and has access to the bathroom through a second door. This is a well-stocked condo with everything you need to be comfortable: a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine, blender, microwave, and full-size refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Wi-Fi, Internet, and a desk are included. There are two large flat screen TV’s for your watching pleasure. One of the many swimming pools and spas is located just a few steps away directly across the street.
