We had a wonderful stay at the Tiny Rock House. We found the house to have ample space, it was clean, cozy, and private. We would stay here again on our next visit to the area.
We stayed over for 1 night while we toured historic Franklin. It was our perfect sleepover location. Outside the home is peaceful and beautiful. Inside the home was sweet hospitality. We are already planning a fall trip back to finish some tours that were rained out and want to stay here again.

Loved this. Only needed one night and it was perfect. My oldest loved the top bunk and they both enjoyed the nice large yard. It was so cute. Had absolutely everything we needed!
Enjoyed the tiny house. Everything was neat and organized. Loved the sunsets from the porch and the visits from the kitty. Was not a fan of the loft beds, a little too claustrophobic for me.
This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. And if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from the resident kitty, Putty. Arrington Vineyards is less than 10 mins away and we went for a tasting. The grounds are breathtaking (picnic tables, live music, etc.). Downtown Franklin was about 15 mins away. I would stay here again.
Very clean space and slept 5 of us comfortably. Perfect for our needs for a quick 2-night stay while visiting for a wedding. John was easy to communicate with, and we actually got to meet him while walking the property, he was so very friendly! Would highly recommend this place for a quick stay while visiting the area. The only thing that could improve the stay would be sugar on hand for coffee and maybe some shelf stable creamer. :)
love all of the wild life seen on and around property. The accommodations were exactly what I wanted, close to my schooling and close to the cute downtown area of Franklin.
Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two people. A microwave would have been a better choice than the toaster oven. Wife thought sofa bed was less than ideal , but I slept like a baby.
Not only is the place so adorable the owners think of everything you need from indoor to outdoor amenities! During our stay we were very comfortable in the cabin. Everyday we found a new adventure of animals awaiting us. There is a sweet black and white cat that keeps you company throughout you're stay. When we woke up we always saw a family of deer to greet us, also sometimes we would see Sadie the golden retriever. Randy the neighbor was very kind and let us know he would help if we needed anything. Could not ask for a better private place to stay, definitely will return ❤️
Great stay in this tiny rock house. Close enough to town and such a great stay. It's small and may not have worked for our whole family. But this trip it was just me and my two (under 12) kiddos. They loved the loft area.
