Please note that there is no lift, no air conditioning, no dryer. The apartment is occupied for a large part of the year by the owner, so only a closet in the living room and a closet in the bedroom are left available to tenants to store their belongings.

Exit must be before 10 a.m.
The traveller is asked to respect the house rules, it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and to organise parties, as well as to make noise after 10pm.
Pets are not allowed.
For monthly rentals, the traveller must pay for their electricity consumption, the amount is calculated according to the metre reading on arrival and departure. This is included in the price for weekly rentals.
