Also comes with a beautiful wide open balcony with elliptical machine for a personal work outs. This community also has three pools, tennis courts, and many trails for breezy walks for your use at anytime . With the Avenues mall being only 2 minutes plus away plus many more shopping plazas around the area it leaves the beaches only 15 mins. For your convenience we have taken standards with COVID giving mask and sanitizer. Also have washer and dryer in the unit for your use at anytime. This is a perfect fit for your living needs
