On central bus lines to downtown Berkeley (2 m) and San Francisco (11 m), 1.1 m from Bart station. Includes dedicated parking spot. Host is available for any needs or recommendations. Garden entrance to private deck with hanging lounge and swing chair. Living room with large windows, big flat screen tv w/ fire stick and direct tv, electric fireplace w/ color options and heat, pull out sofa w feather bed and linens. Lovely bedroom w/ queen bed and linens, closet w/ light, full mirror and zone heating control. Brand new, fully appointed kitchen w/refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffee press, coffee, tea, and bar counter for seating. Large full bath w/ walk in shower w/ rain shower head, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bluetooth fan for music.
