We really enjoyed our stay in Sae's lovely cottage in the Berkeley hills. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The views are spectacular. New appliances in the galley kitchen and many thoughtful decorations and amenities for renters. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. A few things to be aware of - because it is high up in the hills, the drive to the cottage is on winding roads. There is a way to walk down to campus near the football stadium, but this includes a trail and stairs that are rather steep so renters would need to be comfortable with this if they don't have a car. We walked down and took an Uber back up during our stay. There is room to park across the street, so having a car is not a problem unlike many places in Berkeley that don't offer parking. Also the entry into the cottage involves walking down stairs, so keep this in mind. A lovely place!
