If I can give it zero stars I would !!!! Horrible!!!

As per the owner of the property "she doesn't really check VRBO" and double booked. She was quick to accept payment but did not make sure that the propety was available for our family. To make things even worst we called customer service to assist us with this inconvenience and the first agent offered to help to find a property and the second representative stated that they couldn't assist. It was such a horrible experience considering we have children with us and at that time having to find a place to stay. Would never recommend this host and VRBO!!!!!!!!
