Inside, you're welcomed by a bright and airy open living area, decorated with shiplap walls and plenty of natural light. The open concept is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and an oversized island w/ Quartz countertops perfect for gathering.
Make your way to the backyard oasis featuring a heated salt pool, sun loungers, a fire pit, and games for the family like Giant Jenga and Giant 4 in a Row.
After a relaxing day by the pool or at the beach, retire to any of the three spacious, covered porches all with comfortable furniture and take in the sea breeze.
For last-minute beach items, Alvin's Island is on Sands Street between SunHaven and the beach.
SunHaven is located just a 2-minute stroll to white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Panama City Beach West. Take a morning stroll on the beach to Thomas' Donuts or explore the countless dining and shopping options nearby.

SunHaven was chosen because of the close proximity to the beach, the extremely well designed functional layout, the outdoor amenities, the private pool and dining and lounging spaces. We wanted to host a space where families could relax and vacation in their own private oasis and have very close proximity to the most beautiful beaches in the world.

SunHaven offers a private pool with LED lights and water feature as well as multiple outdoor spaces to relax and connect with family and friends just a short distance to beaches, dining and shopping.
