This property is in a great location! In the middle of the action but just far enough off of the street to be fairly quiet in the evening. Property owners/managers were very responsive to our inquiries. Would stay here again!

We loved everything about this property. The location is ideal as it's only a half block off Duval street yet still has an abundance of privacy. We enjoyed both patio areas. It's a great vibe among the trees. The pool area was also great. I highly recommend this property to any future visitors.

The #1, #2 and #3 things going for the Rose Lane Villas are location, location, location. Perfect for a couple. Property seems well maintained but, yes, the buildings are oldn floors. But wonderful!

1st trip to Key West

Having never been to Key West, we weren’t sure where to stay. This location was very convenient to most things. We walked to restaurants, shopping, sunsets, and nightlife. We did spend one day at the beach at the Southern Most Beach and chose to get an Uber. Unit was very clean, very comfortable bed, and don’t hear the noise from Duval St at night.

Nice and clean place overall. Wish pool was salt but still refreshing during hot days. Shaded in afternoon so even better. Easy check in with clear instructions. Asked for fresh towels one day and they cleaned entire place!! King bed in BR was comfortable and can walk out to private deck overlooking pool. Pull out couch was not very comfortable. 1/2 block from Duval in clean alley behind Fat Tuesday. Surprisingly quiet at night!! Enjoy if you stay!!

Rose Lane Villas are in an excellent location - nestled between Simonton and Duval Streets. Our unit was very clean and perfect for our needs. The staff is very responsive. It is great having a pool right there as well. If I were to describe this property with one word, it would be tired. With a bit of polishing, Rose Lane would be outstanding. Right now, it doesn't meet that standard. That said, I would return for a third visit!

Perfect OldTown Key West Villa

This was the perfect villa for our weekend in Key West. Very close to Duval Street but just far enough away that we never heard the loud music or noise. The villa was very clean and well-appointed, bed was comfortable and once we parked the car, we didn’t drive it- great location for walking to all points of interest.

Perfect setting! Very clean and roomy. Love the atmosphere of the back deck! Great for morning coffee and evening drinks. Even though we were a half a block off of Duvall Street it was very quiet. Easy walk to Mallory Square, Harbor and all the entertainment Duvall Street.

Superb from beginning to end! Came for a last minute getaway, booking on line was so easy! Check in was a breeze. We were able to get a parking space out back of property. Villa was so clean and smelled so nice when we entered. Bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable! Offered to hold luggage before check in and after check out so we could explore Key West longer. Would definitely return to the villas, was so comfy and quiet! Also they have a bed and breakfast option to stay at which looked wonderful!

Just off of Duval, easy access to everything. We rented bikes and enjoyed our visit to Key West. The concierge helped us set up some excursions, we appreciated their knowledge and recommendations.

Just as advertised!! Building old but did nice job remodeling. Just off of Duvall Street made for nice experience. Place was very clean. Great place for a couple. We rode our rented bikes from just around the corner all over island. Only complaint was that the towels were like floor mats .They need to be upgraded!!!!
