Host was welcoming and super receptive! Super thankful to have found a spacious location within walking distance to cute restaurants and other amazing venues. The kitchen was well-equipped to make meals as well :)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Wilkins! I’m glad to hear that you felt welcomed and enjoyed the spacious location, the well-equipped kitchen, and the nearby restaurants and venues. I hope you had a great stay. I would be happy to host you again!
Enjoyed our stay. Clean unit. Had coffee pot, hair dryer, kitchen items. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer since we stayed two weeks. Close to the bus line. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and shops. Steep steps down to the basement unit. Not a problem for us, but just in case that is a concern for someone.

Thank you so much for this wonderful and helpful review, Julie! I am glad you had an enjoyable stay and wish to have you here again in the future.
Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was clean, roomy, and comfortable; check-in and check-out were a breeze; and the apartment is really conveniently-located, allowing guests to fully explore the city with ease. Furthermore, the property manager was very communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely book again for future visits to DC!
This super cozy and comfortable studio apartment has everything you need, and it is just a few blocks from Wisconsin Ave. My husband and I have stayed here several times in the past year and have really enjoyed our stay each time. We highly recommend it!
We had a great stay in this cozy, comfortable apartment! The bed is super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. But maybe the best part - the bathroom floor is heated, which made a huge difference during our very cold December visit to DC! We will definitely stay here again!
This property was the perfect location for us. It was clean, the towels were fluffy, the washer/dryer were nice for an unexpected spill on our clothes, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed (we didn’t cook much), sofa and loveseat were especially nice, the bed - very comfortable and the AC kept the unit at the perfect temperature at night. We would definitely consider this location again. Even the birds in the backyard were always chirping and happy.
The studio apartment was very comfortable for 2 people. Plenty of space for us. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was great. We were able to walk to so many places and utilize the buses and metro easily. There is a bus stop just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I did a quick weekend getaway to DC, and this studio was just what we were looking for. Very Clea, great location, minutes from restaurants and bars of Georgetown, and mines from all the sights on the National Mall. Owners communicated frequently, and everything went real smooth.
I was in Georgetown to attend a one day conference. The property was the ideal location. It was very easy to walk in the morning to the conference. The property was very comfortable. I had everything I needed, including parking included which for D.C. is very important. The property is exactly how it is described and pictured in photos. I highly recommend staying there if your travels take you to the DC area.
You’ll enjoy your stay here, but watch out if you’re a light sleeper. The owners who live above wake up at 5am and all the activity in the kitchen (coffee maker, footsteps, etc.) can be heard. I know they were trying to be quiet, so there wasn’t anything for me to complain about. Just a heads-up! I didn’t have a problem with the steps to enter, but they would be difficult with lots of luggage or physical challenges. Very nice bathroom and kitchen—the back area with the bed and couches is a bit tired, but I was comfortable.

There were many positives about this property and I wish we could rate it higher.First, the positives. It's a small, but very nice space in a lovely, convenient upscale neighborhood. The space is as advertised, well equipped and relatively clean (though the toilet was not completely clean at check-in). We had three main issues, however. Most importantly, you should be aware that the parking spot, while nice to have, is extremely difficult to navigate. It is a tight lot and there is telephone pole in the way. Anyone on the passenger side has to exit the car in order to park and the car needs to be right up against a wall. Takes some patience and skill. Be aware. At check-in, we found that the battery in the smoke detector had died and it was beeping regularly. Although we immediately informed the owner, the issue was not resolved until several days later, despite indications that it would be done earlier. This may seem like a small matter, but removing the battery seemed inappropriate and the noise was galling. Finally, the process after reserving on VRBO was frustrating. There was some mix-up with the credit card expiration date between the management company and VRBO (the card worked fine for the VRBO portion). The management company then had several different e-documents that needed to be filled out, as well as requiring a copy of my driver's license. I had dealt with this on international travel, but it seemed unduly arduous for a simple domestic booking.
