Great open floorplan with separate space for office. Large Master bedroom with tons of closet space, full bath dbl sinks and granite countertops. Spacious back yard with beautiful views. Just minutes away from the Rail Runner train station and you can go visit Santa Fe.

I am 38 yr old female expecting my first child. I bought this house because it close to the rail runner and I could commute to Santa Fe for work. I now work in Albuquerque and due to being pregnant I am living with my boyfriend. I have the house for sale. I also liked that it was near one of my favorite Brewery Steel Bender. I also like how easy you can get on Paseo if needed and head to Sandia Casino. The railrunner also has a Sandia Casino stop. I love that my house is close to the Ballon Fiesta. There also a hot yoga studio near by that I love to do. There some bike trails that I love taking my bike on.

It's a North Valley property near I25 an close to a Brewery, the Ballon Fiesta, Hot yoga, bike trails, the railrunner. You can take a trip to Santa Fe on the railrunner and shop and eat in Santa Fe.
