Weekends are 2 night minimum. Beautiful spacious place located 9 minutes from downtown Portland. The property is a restored 120 year old American foursquare. Loaded with charm and very cozy. Your VRBO is apartment1 on the first floor. It consists of Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Roku smart TV and complimentary coffee in kitchen. Towels and toiletries in bathroom along with clean linens for bedrooms. Quiet hours after 11pm. The bathroom is off the small bedroom and the couch is very comfy for one person to sleep. Weekends are two night minimum.

If you have a car, this place is a good home base for doing day trips around Portland and beyond. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the place has a clean kitchen and bathroom as well as comfortable beds and couches. Plenty of local places to eat as well as easy access to downtown.

Nice, clean, secure, well maintained home and very responsive host. Quiet neighborhood and the house is not too far from downtown Portland which was nice. Kitchen has utensils, dishware, and other supplies if needed and some toiletries were provided (soap, towels, etc.) Extra blanket available too if it gets a little chilly. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Wayne’s apartment was exactly as described. We were in town for two nights for a family wedding. As our flight was very delayed, we didn’t arrive at the apartment until after midnight. Wayne was kind enough to have a light on in the apartment for our arrival. We found the bed nice and comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless. A very nice perk was Green Mountain coffee pods with sweeteners and half and half available in kitchen. We didn’t have a lot of free time, so it was nice that the apartment was close to many Portland attractions. Wayne was VERY responsive to my questions and a great host. Easy parking right in front of the house. We were very comfortable during the whole weekend. Thank you, Wayne

This property truly lived up to the description. It was very clean, cozy, and spacious in a super cute neighborhood. We only had two adults, but could’ve easily fit a few other adults if necessary. We would definitely stay here again!
