About this property

3 Bedroom Waterfront Home w/ Heated Saltwater Pool!

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home with saltwater pool has 170 feet of water frontage on a saltwater canal with gorgeous views. Home has been completely remodeled Generac back up generator, Impact Windows, newer appliances including washer and dryer, hot water heater, new vinyl plank flooring, metal roof, pool heater, all new pavers and new screened extend lanai with the panoramic clear view screen and a fenced in back yard.  Whole house water filtration system, new boat dock with water, lighting and electricity and a fish cleaning station with a 10,000 pound boat lift.

At our vacation home you'll enjoy all the benefits of life on the water with endless sunsets, fishing and boating.  Everything has been newly painted and furnished so the rooms are cozy and bright with a coastal beach theme and the bedding is comfortable.
Amenities included: WIFI, keyless entry door, ADT alarm, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, high end washer and dryer, Smart TV and high-speed wireless internet access to stay connected while vacationing.  Be sure to bring your log in information to access all your favorites on our Smart TV's: Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc.

Great place with a great view

This is a wonderful house to vacation at. Heated pool is beautiful and the view of the canal from the lanai is very relaxing. There were 2 days we never left the property. You can grill out, play games outside and just take it all in.

Piece of Paradise

The home was every bit as nice as the photos show. Hosts were great about the pool - had it right at the temp we liked. The sunsets are amazing from the HUGE pool area. We ate every meal outside, as the table is nicely shaded by an overhang. My son caught a large Red Drum fishing from the dock and we had a delicious dinner from it. Many great memories. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation home!

We really enjoyed this property. The check in was easy, and the owners were very easy to contact. The property was very clean. The yard is beautifully landscaped. Coming from Wisconsin winter, we really appreciated the nice warm pool. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the sunset view on the water in the back was amazing every night. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic!

We stayed a week at Seth and Jamie's place and loved every minute! They really know how to host. The house was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. A welcome basket with wine, fudge, and some travel sized toiletries was a very nice surprise! The lanai and pool were perfect for relaxing, and the view of the canal was great for watching wildlife. We even spotted an alligator! We didn't fish, but Seth gave us tips on where to get the best bait. I'm sure you'd catch a bunch off the dock, fish were constantly jumping! Seth and Jamie provided a binder full of restaurant and activity recommendations, as well as a detailed list of instructions for the house, and any questions we had were just a text away. Again, great hosts! We will definitely keep this place in mind to stay in next time we visit Florida!

A perfect quiet, relaxing location

This property was exactly as advertised…absolutely beautiful. It is on a quiet cul de sac and due to the location of the house, it is very private. Many, many places to eat and shop in close proximity if you want, it if you are looking to relax around a private pool overlooking a water canal, this is the place for you!
