Our brand new renovation of our family's historic 1928 Korbel Family Home is loaded with modern amenities. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a glorious outdoor shower and hot tub next to the hot tub and epic lawn you can live comfortably. Then play on your own private dock, with kayaks and loads of outdoor seating on deck and dock.

It's also a perfect work-from-home scenario, with speedy wi-fi and absolute bliss all around.

Meet blissful peace alongside wild nature, with the Pacific Coast 15 minutes from your door, and only 90 minutes north of San Francisco.

While our home is super cosy and welcoming, it's also been completely renovated in 2020 and 2021 so all of the appliances and amenities are top of the line. We have taken our years as travel writers and made sure that you'll have everything you need to have a home away from home: whether it's plentiful beach towels and life jackets in all sizes, or wheelchair accessible downstairs and a vast library, fast wifi, and a DVD collection/streaming services for relaxing inside. Views are spectacular and unobstructed - so whether you are inside or out you'll feel like you are getting away from city living and are immersed in watching wildlife, redwoods and river, and really vacationing.
