We had a great time at Daniele’s apartment. The location was superb - very close to the beach and right on the pedestrian street with restaurants, shops, etc. We are hoping to stay here again during our next stay! Thank you!

Apartment and stay was great for us - centrally located to everything: restaurants, beach, stores, transportation. We stayed only 3 nights so these things were important for us. Daniele was such a nice, nice host ! Responsuve for everything, welcoming and so kind !

The host was very communicative and helpful. The property was excellent and in a great location. It’s a third floor apartment with no elevator, so be prepared to haul your bags upstairs. We were so happy to have air conditioning in the apartment though so we didn’t mind.

Rigtig smuk og velfungerende lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed ifht. shopping, restauranter og stranden. Fint udstyret med vaskemaskine, håndklæder og sengetøj. Et ønske til det lille køkken kunne være lidt flere glas og tallerkener og en skarp kniv. Meget sød og hjælpsom vært, som svarer med det samme. Lejligheden er rigtig godt beliggende, og som det står nævnt i beskrivelsen ligger den i en “livlig gågade”. Vær opmærksom på at alle vinduer vender ud mod gaden, hvilket er meget charmerende, men der er også meget larm fra restauranterne om aftenen. Vi var der dog samtidig med fodboldt VM, så det var nok exceptionelt meget larm lige der.

What a lovely apartment! It was extremely clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located. The proprietor and her daughter are absolutely delightful and helpful. Everything was perfect and I can't wait to stay here again when I come back to Nice.

Wir haben 12 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht allerdings zu viert. Es kann bei vier Personen etwas zu klein sein aber sonst ist die Wohnung perfekt. Es ist alles da was man braucht;eine Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und im ganzen hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Nizza . Es ist sehr zentral in der Fußgängerzone umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und man kommt gerne wieder!
