Each living room seats a total of 3 with a long couch and 1 lounging chair. With a large mounted flat-screen TV, this layout is certain to satisfy all your needs.

*2 Full bathrooms, 2 walk in closets, and 2 brand new washers and dryers.

*Both bedrooms include a mounted flat screen, a queen-sized bed, and beautiful decor to compliment the room.

2B includes a small table and chairs available to enjoy the fireworks show from the Blue Wahoos stadium, if your lucky to be booked at the right time.

Downtown Pensacola

The townhouse we stayed in was decorated very cute and was very clean. It was located perfectly for anything you’d want to do and the setup was perfect with teens so they had plenty of their own room as well.

great property, very unique with two kitchens. My only real comment is that the TV system was cumbersome and I really enjoy local channels when I travel

Great alternative to the Holiday Inn Express

The condo was great and perfect for me and my co-worker. It's very new, nicely decorated, well equipped and close to my office on S. Palafox. We would definitely stay there again.

Brand New, Clean, and Comfortable

This is a brand new property and decorated professionally. It was a great stay and the Management was helpful and professional. I got locked out on my front porch for over an hour because my stay was extended by the office, but electronic lock wasn't updated, but it was an accident. As annoying as it was, we all make them. The house is located 1/4 mile from downtown attractions, so it was super convenient, but the neighborhood is still in transition from hood to really good. Overall, it was a great stay and I would do it again.
